Account Executive

Hi there!

We are hiring an Account Executive to grow our business through executing a consistent, relational sales process. We are looking for someone with experience building and executing on a sales playbook, ideally for a B2B SaaS product. We need someone who can both engage and nurture inbound leads and build a pipeline through outbound prospecting. We are looking for a doer and strategic thinker who can help us position our product for the changing workforce and find companies that will benefit from our proven Document Management Product. 

As an Account Executive, you must demonstrate the ability to craft engaging emails, listen to the needs of prospects, take initiative to lead our sales process, pick up the phone, and effectively communicate the value of a document management system. You’ll be a natural leader and people person who finds it easy to connect with others in digital settings. Whether you are hosting an online demo, presenting during a webinar, or jumping on a call with a prospect for the first time, you leave people feeling good about their experience, prove your insights are valuable, and instill trust in the people behind the DocuXplorer brand. 

You will work closely with our Director of Marketing to craft campaigns for proven and new verticals to grow our client base.

  • You are detail oriented and capable of talking in depth about technical capabilities, needs, as well as ensuring thorough contract creation 


  • Lead the process to solidify our Sales Playbook that includes an outbound strategy and regularly review and optimize it
  • Grow our pipeline
  • Meticulously track all sales activities in our CRM, Ontraport 
  • Add prospect account information to CRM
  • Conduct engaging, informative demos that convey our key value proposition
  • Contact prospects through calls and emails 
  • Engage inbound leads and increase our conversion rate 
  • Create custom quotes and contracting
  • Drive deal negotiation and closing 
  • Use LinkedIn to engage prospects 
  • Reporting to the CEO 
  • Become an expert on Document Management solutions 
  • Collaborate with marketing and client teams 


  • Hustle and a passion for sales 
  • 2+ years of experience in sales for a technology company
  • Ability to effectively manage your time 
  • Ability to report on KPIs and metrics for sales 
  • Clear track record of adding to pipeline and closing deals 
  • Ability to iterate and adapt 
  • Experience with CRM software 
  • 4-year degree 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills 
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
