To resize a floating toolbar, move the pointer over any edge until it changes to a double-headed arrow, and drag the edge of the toolbar.
Tip:
You cannot resize a docked toolbar that is on its own row, or that is the left most toolbar on a horizontal row, or the topmost toolbar on a vertical row of toolbars.
