To create a custom toolbar;
Right Click in the Toolbar Area
Select the item Customize.
Select the Toolbars tab.
Click New.
In the Toolbar name box, type the name you want.
To add a button to the toolbar, click the Commands tab.
In the Categories box, click a category for the command.
Drag the command you want from the Commands box to the new custom toolbar.
