A toolbar contains buttons with images or text that provides a user with one click access to a DocuXplorer function. DocuXplorer includes sets of default toolbars that provides easy access to its program functions based on the object being displayed. For example; the toolbars displayed for the Document Viewer Window will refer specifically to functions that are available in that window and are not the same as displayed when the Library object is in focus, then a toolbar specific to the Library object and its functions is displayed.
Default toolbars in DocuXplorer can not be modified or removed from the display.
Customized Toolbars can be added on the Desktop and in the Document Viewers. It is with these Customized Toolbars that you can additional functionality to screen being displayed
Finding toolbar buttons when the screen is too small to fit the entire set of buttons
When several toolbars are docked on the same row, they show only the buttons that can fit on a screen. Some buttons might resize or format to accommodate screen size. To look for a button that doesn't fit on a docked toolbar, click >> to show a drop down list of additional buttons. You can also resize a toolbar to display more buttons. Resize may not be available on all toolbars.
You can create customized toolbar to show, reorganize, and hide buttons.
