The Print Display command available from the File Menu allows a user to format printing from the grid to create user-defined reports.

This is an example of the Print Display item in the File Menu drop-down list. It allows users to create reports from the index data displayed in the Folder Contents List View

Tip:

Users can format printed reports of the Folder Contents List View from the Print Preview Window available from the Print Dialogue Box.
Print or Export Display in the Query List View is an administrator only function.
