The Dynamic Data Lookup List Field create a list as data is entered. Dynamic Data Lookup List will auto-complete your entry when there has been a previous entry of the same data. An entry already on the list the field will display as you type. You can also select previously entered data from the drop-down list.
You can correct an entry that has been misspelled in a Dynamic Data List from the Field’s Field Properties Dialogue Box.
The maximum number of entries allowed for a Dynamic Data Lookup List is 2000. When users exceed 2000 entries, the oldest value is dropped from the list.
