DocuXplorer Reseller Business Policy Information

 

User Licensing

Concurrent use licensing allows you to install DocuXplorer Enterprise to every computer in your office. Simultaneous access to the DocuXplorer Library will be available to the number of users you have purchased licenses for. If you have 10 computers in your office and you purchase 2 concurrent user licenses, 2 of your 10 computers can access the library simultaneously. All users must renew their upgrade contracts yearly at a cost 0f 20% of the listed price of the program.

 

Reseller Tech Support

DocuXplorer Software provides resellers with tech support free for the first year. After the first year tech support contracts will need to be purchased annually. Tech support does not include corrupted database recovery. Database recovery is available to you or your client at $225.00 per hour.

 

Training Sessions

Training Sessions require reseller to have Internet access and either the Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Web Browser installed on the computer at the location where the training session will take place.

Return Policy

No returns will be allowed after registration codes have been issued. A thirty-day free trial period is available along with free trial extensions for users to evaluate the software and assure themselves the program will work as expected in the users own computing environment.

 

Media

DocuXplorer software, for either trial or purchase, is available for download from our website or authorized shareware websites. DocuXplorer is available on CD with a charge for shipping and handling.
